Trials

Faili Belli (Perpetrator Not-Unknown) scrutinizes the critical domestic criminal trials on gross violations of human rights took place in Turkey’s recent history. The website includes contents concerning the trials that were commenced for only a few enforced disappearances and extra-judicial killings that occurred in the 1990s as well as about the trials on the recent violations of right to life. As an output of the trial monitoring work conducted by Hafıza Merkezi, each trial is presented along with detailed reports on the hearings and various documents revealing the background information on the legal process, such as indictments, timelines and media collections.
